Hand knit towel border

I have done this before and I am doing it again..knitted lace edgings.  This is not difficult to do and you will achieve instant elegance when it is attached to a hand towel.   The border in this blog post is worked sideways after casting on a few stitches. The pattern looks like a knitted leaf, very pretty.  I discovered the pattern online.

Pin border to 1 end of towel;  thread sewing needle with matching thread and attach the border to towel with overcast stitch.  Remove all pins.

Actually you can work the edgings in any length and it will look equally nice on pillowcases or scarves.
